1.2. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, “Customer” means an individual or entity that uses our Service.

1.3. Unless otherwise expressly stated herein, the terms used in this Privacy Policy shall have the meaning set forth in the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (the “GDPR”).

2. ABOUT US

2.1. Helsinki AI Labs Oy offers cloud-based AI Service. The Service integrates between different tools to simplify sales and management of CRM.

3.1. This Privacy Policy applies to the information and data that we collect as a controller, including the Personal Data collected from the Service we offer, and through other channels as described in this Privacy Policy.

3.2. We may also act as a processor of your Personal Data in connection with the provision of the Service. When we act as the processor, Personal Data is processed in line with applicable data protection laws and data processing agreement entered into with the controller, where applicable. In such a case, please refer to the privacy policies of controllers for further information on the processing of your Personal Data.

4.1. As described in this Privacy Policy, we collect different types of Personal Data, which broadly fall into the categories stated in this section.

We collect personal information provided to us by Customer by using the Service, accepting a third party to share Customer’s Personal Data with us, expressing an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and Service, participating in activities on the Service, or otherwise when you contact us.

4.3. The personal information that we collect depends on the context of your interactions with us and the Service, the choices you make, and the products and features you use. The personal information we collect may include names, email addresses, job titles, as well as contact or authentication data.

4.4. For clarity, we do not collect sensitive information meaning special categories of Personal Data.

4.5. The Service is not intended for or targeted at children under 18 years, and we do not knowingly or intentionally collect Personal Data about children under 18 years.
